Co\u017e je dost velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m, pokud m\u00e1te pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy a plat\u00edte n\u00e1jem. Mnoho bank\u00e9\u0159\u016f se realitn\u00edch makl\u00e9\u0159\u016f proti zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednek bojovalo, proto\u017ee to znamenalo velmi citeln\u00e9 ochlazen\u00ed realitn\u00edho a hypote\u010dn\u00edho trhu. To bylo impulsem k tomu, aby do\u0161lo k pozvoln\u00e9mu rozvoln\u011bn\u00ed takto drsn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek.
